Hi,

Some of you will have heard of the talks with the US CMP.

Neil and Jon wasted over a week of their time trying to come to some sort of arrangement about sharing casts and moulds.

Unfortunately, even though we had been approached, our goodwill was not reciprocated and no agreement was possible.

If you wish casts from the USA CMP we can only advise that you obtain them directly from the USA.

We are sad to confirm that we have had our first resignation.

We wish scousey alll the best and hope he finds a club that does exactly as he requires. We also wish him best with his part time business selling Hirst Arts and Stargate copy models on ebay.

We must stress that business use of SABA casts is prohibited without the permission of the sculptor. Hirst Arts expect a contract to be entered into for business use. Copies of Stargate type equipment, especially the Stargate are copyright and there are usually conditions attached to the sale of moulds for this type of project. Please get competent legal advice before selling 'copy' items by way of business.
